1. Set up your screen
Tick all four to start.
2. Order each tray
Each tray has a fixed cap at each end (white ring). Put the loose caps in between so the colours change as smoothly as possible from one end to the other. Drag a cap to a new spot, or tap a cap then tap where it should go. Swipe the grey strip sideways to see the whole tray. Take your time.
3. Your result
Important
This is an educational, screen-based activity inspired by the Farnsworth-Munsell 100-Hue test. It is not a diagnosis and is not equivalent to the clinical test, which uses calibrated physical caps under standardised daylight. On-screen colours are approximations and many normal-sighted people score higher on screens than with real caps. Scores rise with age and with fatigue. Not valid for occupational or licensing standards. If your score is high, your colour vision has changed or differs between your eyes, please book a formal assessment. No data is stored or sent.
