1. Set up your screen
Plate counts follow the common clinical book lengths (16, 24, 38). The plates themselves are original and are not the Ishihara plates.
Tick all four to start.
2. What number do you see?
Some plates have two digits; type every digit you can see, or only the one you can see. Answer within about 3 to 5 seconds. Do not trace the dots with your finger.
3. Your result
Important
These plates were generated for education and are not the Ishihara plates or any clinical plate book. Clinical plates are printed with controlled inks and viewed under standardised daylight; a screen cannot reproduce that. This page cannot tell the type or degree of any colour vision difference and is not a diagnosis. Not valid for occupational, driving, aviation or licensing standards. If you had trouble with several plates, or your colour vision has changed, please book a formal assessment. No data is stored or sent.
