Tick all four to start. Nothing you enter is sent or stored; it stays on this device.
2. Arrange the caps
Starting from the fixed cap marked S, fill the row with the cap that looks most similar to the one before it, then the next most similar, and so on. Drag caps, or tap a cap then tap a slot. Tap a placed cap then the tray to send it back.
3. Your result
Important
This is an educational, screen-based colour arrangement activity inspired by the Farnsworth D-15 test. It is not a diagnosis and is not equivalent to the clinical test, which uses calibrated physical caps under standardised daylight. Screen type, settings and room lighting change the colours you see, so results can differ from a clinical test. It is not valid for work, licensing, driving, aviation or other occupational standards. If your result is abnormal, if your colour vision has changed or differs between your eyes, or if you have an eye condition or take medication that your doctor monitors, please book a formal colour vision assessment with an eye care professional. No data is stored or sent: your answers and PDF stay on your device.
